Design and implement engagement, happiness, and wellness initiatives aligned with company culture and business needs.
- Launch engagement surveys, pulse surveys, and thematic surveys; organize and conduct skip-level meetings and focus groups.
- Analyze survey results, feedback themes, attrition patterns, and team health indicators to propose data-driven improvement plans.
- Lead physical, emotional, and workplace well-being initiatives to improve morale and employee satisfaction.
- Contribute to performance cycle execution, calibration sessions, feedback culture initiatives, and performance improvement frameworks.
- Improve onboarding, internal mobility, recognition programs, and employee touchpoints across the lifecycle.
- Coach managers on engagement action plans, feedback culture, team dynamics, and employee experience improvement initiatives.

5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a people partnering or HR advisory role in the Tech industry.
- Strong knowledge of performance management frameworks, talent development methodologies, and leadership capability models.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and complex employee relations cases with full compliance.
- Proficiency in people analytics, including interpretation of engagement data, turnover trends, and team health indicators.
- Solid understanding of organizational behavior, team dynamics, and change adoption.
- Experience delivering or supporting engagement, culture, and recognition initiatives.
