Role Purpose

The People Strategy Manager will act as a strategic enabler to the business — shaping,

executing, and optimizing people and organizational initiatives that drive growth,

capability development, leadership depth, and workforce effectiveness. The role

requires a data-driven, commercially-minded HR professional who partners with

leadership to translate business objectives into scalable people strategies across talent,

performance, engagement, and organizational design.

This is a future-facing role — focused on workforce transformation, capability uplift,

and retention of high-impact talent.

Key Responsibilities

1. People Strategy & Workforce Planning

● Develop and execute a multi-year people strategy aligned with business growth plans.

● Lead strategic workforce planning (supply–demand, skills gap, succession pipelines).

● Build people analytics dashboards to enable leadership decision-making.

● Design organizational structures that optimize cost, agility, and capability depth.

2. Talent & Capability Development

● Partner with leadership to define critical roles and develop talent pipelines.

● Implement talent review frameworks, succession planning, and leadership

readiness plans.

● Drive reskilling and upskilling initiatives for future-ready workforce development.

● Oversee high-potential programs and leadership acceleration roadmaps.

3. Performance & Culture

● Enhance performance management frameworks to drive accountability and

outcomes.

● Embed OKR / KPI-led culture across business functions.

● Partner with business heads to build engaged, high-performance teams.

● Lead culture-shaping initiatives aligned with company values and EVP.

4. Organizational Effectiveness & Change

● Lead people-centric change programs for business transformation initiatives.

● Review operating models to improve productivity and collaboration.

● Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.

5. Employee Experience & Engagement

● Design employee experience blueprint from onboarding to career progression.

● Implement listening mechanisms (surveys, focus groups, analytics).

● Drive retention and engagement strategies with measurable impact.

6. HR Business Partnering

● Work directly with senior leadership as trusted advisor.

● Provide insight-led recommendations on people, structure, and workforce risk.

● Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and free-zone regulations.

Required Experience & Competencies

- 7–9 years progressive HR / People Strategy / HRBP / OD experience.

-Strong background in organizational development, talent strategy, and performance systems.
-Prior experience in the IT industry is highly preferred.

-Experience working in multinational or fast-growing regional organizations (preferred).

-Strong stakeholder management and executive-level communication capability.

-Proven capability in HR analytics / data-driven decision-making

-Exposure to UAE market workforce dynamics preferred.

Education

● Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Organizational Psychology or related field.

● Master’s degree or HR certifications (CIPD / SHRM) preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED11,000.00 per month
