Medication Technician (Med Tech) and Home Health Aide (HHA)

The Pavilion at Robinson Terrace Assisted Living Program is seeking a dependable and compassionate Medication Technician to join our team. The Med Tech plays an important role in ensuring residents receive medications safely while supporting overall resident care.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policy
• Accurately document medications in the Medication Administration Record (MAR)
• Monitor residents and report any changes or concerns to nursing staff
• Maintain medication cart and medication room organization
• Support residents with daily care needs as appropriate

Qualifications

• Medication Technician certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Previous assisted living or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work well with residents and team members
• Compassionate and resident-focused attitude
