Per Diem Practitioner

We are seeking qualified healthcare practitioners to support seasonal sports physical clinics conducted across multiple school districts. This per diem role is ideal for professionals looking for flexible, short-term assignments while contributing to student-athlete health and safety.

• Perform pre-participation physical evaluations (sports physicals) for student-athletes
• Review medical histories and identify potential health risks
• Complete and sign required school or state documentation
• Provide basic health education and answer questions from students and guardians

This role offers a flexible way to stay clinically active, support youth athletics, and engage with local communities

Qualifications:

• Active, unrestricted professional license (MD, DO, NP, or PA)
• Current CPR/BLS certification (or equivalent)
• Experience in sports medicine, primary care, pediatrics, or urgent care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume setting

Pay: $80.00 per hour
