Performance Ads Specialist

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (1-hour break)

About the Role:

We are Looking For a performance-focused Performance Ads Specialist , Specialized in managing paid advertising for multiple brands across different industries and markets. We are looking for a Performance Ads Specialist who understands how to test, scale, and manage advertising budgets responsibly.

This role is for someone who thinks in experiments, understands numbers deeply, and can handle multiple client accounts without excuses.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns on Google and Meta Ads etc
• Structure campaigns for testing and scaling
• Manage budgets and performance across multiple client accounts
• Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, conversion rates) and make data-driven decisions
• Coordinate with creative and strategy teams to improve ad performance
• Identify funnel and landing page issues affecting conversions
• Provide clear performance insights and recommendations

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads
• Experience working with multiple brands or clients
• Strong understanding of campaign structuring and budget control
• Ability to explain wins and losses clearly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Experience with GCC or international markets is a plus
