Performance Marketing Executive (Meta & Marketplace Ads)

Job Description:
We are looking for a hardcore Performance Marketing Specialist with strong expertise in driving sales through Shopify stores and executing high-performing paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, a strong growth mindset, and the ability to scale campaigns profitably across multiple platforms, including e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and scale performance-driven ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Run and optimize Google Ads campaigns including Search, Display, and Performance Max
• Drive sales for Shopify-based e-commerce stores through data-driven ad strategies
• Manage and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns on Amazon and similar platforms
• Monitor daily performance, ROAS, CPA, and other key KPIs to maximize profitability
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies
• Set up and manage pixels, conversion tracking, and analytics for accurate attribution
• Analyze campaign data and share actionable performance reports and insights
• Coordinate with creative, content, and web teams for high-converting ad assets
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, trends, and performance marketing best practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hardcore performance marketing experience
• Strong hands-on expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Proven experience in driving Shopify e-commerce sales
• Experience with Amazon and other marketplace advertising is a strong plus
• Deep understanding of ROAS-focused scaling, funnels, and conversion optimization
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and products simultaneously
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred)
