We are looking for a collegue as “PERFORMANCE AND TALENT MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST” to join our Organizational Development team.


GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant departments. An MBA degree would be a plus.
  • 2 years of work experience in relevant roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading organizational development and performance management practices.
  • Expertise in organizational design and change management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Must have good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Must be proficient in spoken and written English.


JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage performance evaluations and feedback processes and following up the operation of the performance evaluation process
  • Prepares talent and performance system infrastructure closely follows up performance development plans,
  • Supports and delivers people development and succession planning strategies to build employee’s skills, knowledge and competency to deliver future organizational capability,
  • Preparing & developing HR documentation
  • Design and implement necessary initiatives including a communication campaign to embed the organizational culture effectively.
