Performance Associate - Commercial

MedznMore is a digital healthcare innovator, dedicated towards improving access to healthcare by blending technology and innovation to solve problems associated with modern day pharmacies.

The company is on a mission to simplify two major pain points in the Healthcare industry. The first is access to healthcare services which includes lab tests, health insurance and access to medicine, through our B2C platform (Tabiyat.pk). The second is a technology solution for the fragmented medicine supply chain by a B2B Platform (Tezmedz), which is supplying directly to retail pharmacies across Pakistan. The company today has an integrated B2B and B2C Platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify areas of business underperformance and propose initiatives to improve performance.
• Perform targeted analyses to identify issue root causes when performance targets are not met.
• Create and design Performance & Utilization Success metrices and design processes and SQL queries to measure them.
• Assist team lead to devise strategies and tools for business teams in reaching performance goals and agreed targets.
• Work on the development and implementation of forecasting models.
• Determine the impacting business factors and their impact on business & forecasting models.
• Assist local teams in comparison of forecasts to actual performance, identifying reasons behind department performance and results.
• Create tools & dashboards for Daily/Weekly & Monthly business performance visibility.
• Maintain and monitor department/organizational KPIs.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Masters in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics), or Economics. from top tier Institution.
• 1-3 years of experience
• Excel & SQL proficeincy
• Must be adept at creating dashboards
• Python knowledge would be a plus
• Understanding of PowerBI is a plus
• Ability to structure / source data into data warehouse, and automate processes that support business
