Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Strategy
- Act as the primary digital marketing point of contact for assigned clients
- Understand client business goals, target audiences, and KPIs
- Create customized digital marketing strategies for each client
- Present campaign plans, performance reports, and insights to clients
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
- Social Media Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
- SEO & Content Marketing
- Email & remarketing campaigns
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Performance Marketing & Optimization
- Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPA, and ROAS
- Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Allocate and manage client budgets effectively
SEO & Content Oversight
- Lead advanced SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) for clients
- Conduct keyword research, audits, and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with content and design teams for SEO-driven content
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for clients
Team & Agency Collaboration
- Coordinate with designers, content writers, and developers
- Train and guide junior marketers
- Work closely with account managers and leadership teams
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills
- Strong expertise in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
- Advanced understanding of SEO tools and best practices
- Proficiency in analytics, tracking, and conversion optimization
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration
Professional Experience
- 4–7+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
- Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts
- Experience handling diverse industries (e-commerce, B2B, local businesses, SaaS, etc.)
Soft Skills
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot certifications
- Experience managing high ad spend budgets
- Knowledge of white-label reporting and agency tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimization
