Key ResponsibilitiesClient Management & Strategy

  • Act as the primary digital marketing point of contact for assigned clients
  • Understand client business goals, target audiences, and KPIs
  • Create customized digital marketing strategies for each client
  • Present campaign plans, performance reports, and insights to clients

Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns across:
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • Social Media Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
  • SEO & Content Marketing
  • Email & remarketing campaigns
  • Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Performance Marketing & Optimization

  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CPA, and ROAS
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
  • Allocate and manage client budgets effectively

SEO & Content Oversight

  • Lead advanced SEO strategies (technical, on-page, off-page) for clients
  • Conduct keyword research, audits, and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with content and design teams for SEO-driven content

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platforms
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and insights
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for clients

Team & Agency Collaboration

  • Coordinate with designers, content writers, and developers
  • Train and guide junior marketers
  • Work closely with account managers and leadership teams

Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

  • Strong expertise in paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Advanced understanding of SEO tools and best practices
  • Proficiency in analytics, tracking, and conversion optimization
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM integration

Professional Experience

  • 4–7+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing Agency
  • Proven track record of managing multiple client accounts
  • Experience handling diverse industries (e-commerce, B2B, local businesses, SaaS, etc.)

Soft Skills

  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads, Meta, or HubSpot certifications
  • Experience managing high ad spend budgets
  • Knowledge of white-label reporting and agency tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools for marketing optimization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
