Role Overview:
As a Performance Management Consultant at Ultimate Peaks, you will play a key role in helping organizations establish effective performance management systems that drive employee engagement and organizational success. You will work closely with clients to assess their current performance management practices, identify areas for improvement, and implement tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments of current performance management systems and practices

Consult with clients to define performance objectives and KPIs

Design and implement performance management frameworks and processes

Facilitate training sessions for management and staff on performance management best practices

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients to ensure the effectiveness of performance management initiatives

Requirements
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum of 5 years of experience in performance management consulting

Strong understanding of performance management frameworks, methods, and tools

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams

Experience in conducting training and workshops is preferred
