Job Description
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop annual training plans based on skill gaps, business needs, and competency frameworks.

  • Conduct training needs analysis through surveys, interviews, and performance data.

  • Design and deliver internal training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules.

  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements to enhance learning outcomes.

  • Maintain training records and dashboards in SAP or relevant HR systems.

  • Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews.

  • Support managers and employees in defining KPIs and performance objectives aligned with departmental goals.

  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports through SAP PM modules.

  • Guide supervisors in identifying performance gaps and developing action plans.

  • Develop and implement structured PIP frameworks to address underperformance.

  • Provide coaching to managers on documenting, communicating, and executing PIP steps.

  • Track employee progress during PIP periods and evaluate outcomes.

  • Ensure fairness, compliance, and transparency across all PIP processes.

  • Maintain training, performance data, and employee records in SAP.

  • Generate dashboards and analytical reports to support decision-making.

  • Coordinate with IT/SAP team for system enhancements related to L&D and performance workflows.

  • Ensure all training and performance processes meet HR policies, ISO standards, and audit requirements.

  • Prepare documentation and reports for internal/external audits.

Requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.

  • Certification in L&D, Coaching, or Performance Management is an added advantage.

Experience
  • 2–10 years of experience in Learning & Development and Performance Management roles.

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP HR / SAP SuccessFactors.

  • Proven experience managing Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs).
