Performance Management Specialist

This position focuses on supporting the implementation of the Performance Management process. The Specialist will assist in executing strategic and operational plans for the performance appraisal system. Reporting to the Performance Manager, the Specialist will help recommend and implement policies and procedures to enhance individual performance in alignment with business objectives. The role also involves assessing competency models and providing guidance to managers on evaluating employee competencies.

5 years’ experience in Performance Management role is required.
