HR Specialist

Job Brief:

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of core HR functions and administrative operations in a collaborative, small-team environment where your work directly impacts our organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end HR operations including employee onboarding, documentation, and records management.
• Support recruitment activities such as screening CVs, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups.
• Maintain employee files, attendance records, and leave management.
• Assist in payroll coordination and HR-related accounting support (basic level).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
• Coordinate with management on HR matters and employee relations.
• Support administrative tasks related to office operations as required.
• Liaise with external vendors or consultants when necessary.

Required Qualification / Experience / Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Min 3 years of experience in an HR role within the UAE.
• Native Arabic Speaker
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and payroll support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a small-entity environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Type of Employment: Full-time Permanent

Salary: AED 6,000 – 8,000 per month (based on experience)
