The HR Coordinator supports the Human Resources department by coordinating daily HR activities, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment, onboarding new employees, administering HR policies, and ensuring compliance with company procedures and labor regulations. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Process employee documentation, including contracts, benefits enrollment, leave requests, and terminations.
- Support payroll preparation by collecting and verifying employee attendance and related information.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in planning employee engagement activities, training programs, and performance review processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and confidentiality standards.
- Prepare HR reports, letters, and other documentation as required.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources or administrative support.
- Knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS).
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
