ASMO aims to be operational in 2025 and provide reliable end-to-end integrated procurement and supply chain services for companies across the industrial, energy, chemical, and petrochemical sectors. Our focus customers in the short term will be Saudi Aramco and its Affiliates. In the long term, all the industrial sectors within Saudi Arabia aim to reach the MENA region.
Objective:
The Performance Management Specialist role is pivotal in supporting ASMO’s performance management efforts. The role holder will assist in developing and implementing performance metrics, develop compiling presentations and output reports to Performance Management activities, and reporting systems across various functions and projects. Execution of plans to improve data quality and accuracy for the desired workstreams.
General Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Performance Management & Analytics Senior Manager to assist in the development and maintenance of performance metrics aligned with ASMO’s strategic objectives and company goals.

To fulfill the role of super user in performance management systems, to monitor the timely entry of the required data.

Work with the team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that measure performance within different functions and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Assist in establishing a systematic process for monitoring and reporting on performance against established KPIs and targets. Generate regular performance reports for leadership, highlighting areas of achievement and opportunities for improvement.

Support benchmarking activities to measure ASMO’s performance against industry standards, gathering relevant data and assisting in the analysis of results.

Support the development and delivery of performance management training programs to equip employees and leaders with the skills and tools needed for performance improvement.

Stay current with industry best practices and benchmarks in performance management, sharing relevant insights and recommendations with the Performance Management Lead and the organization.

Support the TEAM in terms of
-SQL Knowledge,
-Business Intelligence Tools such as Microsoft PowerBI
-Document Management and Storage Systems, i.e. Microsoft Sharepoint
-Automation tools, i.e. Microsoft Power Automate
-Performance Management Systems, i.e. Logics (Intelex)

Recommend training and development interventions for team members to build their capabilities.

Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.

Implement all relevant Department’s policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.

Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet departmental requirements, policies and standards.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent from a recognized and accredited university is required

Good knowledge of Office Tools & Advanced level of MS Office (Excel)

Good command in Microsoft PowerBI, Microsoft Sharepoint and Microsoft Power Automate
-
Demonstrated proficiency in oral and written English and Arabic
-
7 years' experience in a similar role
