Performance Marketer

About the Role:

We’re seeking a creative and data-driven Performance Marketer to lead our marketing efforts and strengthen Find My Venue’s position as the UAE’s leading venue discovery platform. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies that drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and customer engagement across digital and offline channels. You’ll manage campaigns, oversee content creation, optimize performance through analytics, and build partnerships that grow our community. Acting as a bridge between product, sales, and users, you will ensure our messaging is impactful, consistent, and customer focused. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated marketer to play a key role in scaling a fast-growing, event-tech startup.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive user acquisition, and boost engagement.
  • Identify target customer segments and create tailored campaigns for each.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform positioning and messaging.

2. Content & Campaigns

  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital ads, social media, email, SEO, partnerships).
  • Oversee creation of marketing materials: website copy, blog posts, videos, case studies, and more.
  • Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and developers to ensure brand consistency.

3. Digital Marketing & Analytics

  • Manage paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) with a focus on ROI.
  • Optimize website and landing pages for conversion (CRO).
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Mixpanel.

4. Growth & Community Building

  • Build a strong online presence for the platform on relevant social channels.
  • Create engagement strategies for existing users to increase retention and referrals.
  • Develop partnerships with influencers, industry leaders, and complementary brands.

5. Product Marketing

  • Collaborate with the product team to translate features into clear user benefits.
  • Assist in go-to-market launches for new features or services.
  • Gather user feedback to improve marketing messaging and product positioning.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–4 years’ experience in marketing (preferably in tech, SaaS, or startups).
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, analytics, and growth-hacking strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns and deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar.
