Performance Marketer

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Marketer with at least 1 year of hands-on experience to join our on-site team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital platforms to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
• Manage paid social, search, and display campaigns to achieve ROI and business objectives.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
• Track budgets, manage ad spends efficiently, and ensure timely reporting.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in performance marketing/digital advertising.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, and other PPC platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4), and conversion tracking.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Female candidates preferred (on-site role).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
