Role Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive to manage digital campaigns, generate leads, and analyze performance metrics. This role requires strong knowledge of advertising platforms, analytics, and conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
• Track and report performance using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Tag Manager.
• Set up Facebook Pixel, retargeting campaigns, and funnels.
• Manage email marketing and WhatsApp campaigns using relevant tools.
• Work on landing pages and provide performance insights through reporting tools.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Proficiency with ad platforms and analytics tools.
• Good understanding of audience targeting and conversion funnels.
• Knowledge of SEO, email, and WhatsApp marketing strategies.
• Ability to work independently and achieve measurable outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
