About the Role:

Achyutam Technology is seeking an experienced PPC (Performance Marketer) to join our on-site digital marketing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve maximum ROI and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
• Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and audience targeting to drive quality traffic and conversions.
• Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
• Monitor daily performance and provide detailed analysis and reports.
• Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI.
• A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and performance marketing.
• Collaborate with the SEO, content, and design teams to align marketing efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in PPC or performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking and remarketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads (preferred but not mandatory).
