Paid Media Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage budgets, audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing.
  • Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversions to maximize ROI.

Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing

  • Build automation workflows (email, SMS, WhatsApp, drip) using Zoho, HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.
  • Set up trigger-based journeys for personalized engagement and integrate with CRM for lead tracking and scoring.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Power BI.
  • Create dashboards and reports, conduct funnel analysis, attribution tracking & recommend data-driven improvements.

Collaboration

  • Work with content, design, and sales teams to align creatives and messaging.
  • Contribute ideas for experimentation, growth strategies, and campaign optimization.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in performance/digital marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads & LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Proficient in GA4, Looker Studio / Power BI, and CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset with understanding of KPIs and ROI optimization

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
