Time: 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize our digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving traffic, generating leads, and improving conversion rates across multiple online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram

Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI

Conduct keyword research and audience targeting

Analyze data and prepare performance reports

Manage budgets and allocate spend effectively

A/B test ads, landing pages, and strategies to improve results

Collaborate with the creative team for ad copies and visuals

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

2–4 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising

Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
