We are seeking a Performance Marketer with a proven track record in PPC, Meta Ads, and digital campaign optimization to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be analytical, creative, and results-driven, with hands-on experience in paid marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
• Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights to improve ROI.
• Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting strategies.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design ad copies and visuals that convert.
• Track KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, CPL, and ROAS.
• Manage and report on monthly performance and budget utilization.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in PPC & Meta Ads.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and attribution models.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in a night shift or flexible/hybrid model.
• Certification in Google Ads/Facebook Blueprint is a plus.
