Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Paid Ads – Performance Marketer to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The Performance Marketer will be responsible for:

• Planning and launching high-performing paid ad campaigns

• Managing budgets and optimizing for ROI through A/B testing

• Analyzing campaign data and preparing performance reports

• Conducting audience research and collaborating with creative teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on paid advertising experience

• Expert-level proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads

• Strong analytical skills with a focus on measurable results

• Proactive, adaptable, and a problem-solver

• Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

• Must be based in Doha, Qatar
