Job Position: Performance Marketer – Women’s Fashion Brand (E-Commerce)

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Performance Marketer to join our e-commerce team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns to drive sales, traffic, and brand visibility for our women’s fashion clothing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, manage & optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed reports.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve ROAS and overall performance.
• Implement audience targeting strategies to drive relevant traffic and conversions.
• Coordinate with the creative & design team for ad creatives, visuals, and content.
• Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROI, and conversion rates.
• Manage pixel tracking, events setup, and campaign funnels.
• Stay updated with industry trends, new tools, and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing (preferably in e-commerce fashion or retail).
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads is a must.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok/Snapchat ads is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with experience using analytics tools (GA4, Shopify analytics, etc.).
• Ability to work with data, insights, and performance dashboards.
• Creative sense for ad content and trend-based marketing.
