Job Title: Performance Marketing

Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on driving sales, leads, and conversions through data-driven decision-making, continuous testing, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with performance platforms, and a deep understanding of conversion optimization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage digital performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat , and other relevant channels to achieve sales and conversion objectives.
  • Build, manage, and optimize targeting and retargeting audiences , continuously refining segments based on performance data and user behavior insights.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and CVR , providing actionable, data-driven optimization recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copies, formats, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets across platforms, products, and seasonal campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI) .
  • Optimize end-to-end conversion funnels in collaboration with content, design, and web teams, ensuring strong user experience (UX) and performance on landing pages.
  • Prepare periodic performance reports and dashboards covering spend, results, ROI, and key performance drivers.
  • Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking and measurement tools including Pixels, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Events , ensuring data accuracy and proper attribution.
  • Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, platform updates , and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve performance.
  • Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.
  • Perform additional tasks related to the role as assigned by marketing management or the direct manager to support operational continuity and business needs.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal policies, advertising standards, and brand guidelines across all campaigns.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field .
  • Proven experience in performance marketing or paid media management .
  • Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
  • Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as GA4, GTM, Pixels, and dashboards .
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
