Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven
Performance Marketing Specialist
to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The role focuses on driving sales, leads, and conversions through data-driven decision-making, continuous testing, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience with performance platforms, and a deep understanding of conversion optimization.
Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, and manage digital performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as
Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat
, and other relevant channels to achieve sales and conversion objectives.

Build, manage, and optimize
targeting and retargeting audiences
, continuously refining segments based on performance data and user behavior insights.

Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including
ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, and CVR
, providing actionable, data-driven optimization recommendations.

Conduct
A/B testing
on ad creatives, copies, formats, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.

Manage and allocate advertising budgets across platforms, products, and seasonal campaigns to maximize
return on investment (ROI)

Optimize end-to-end
conversion funnels
in collaboration with content, design, and web teams, ensuring strong user experience (UX) and performance on landing pages.

Prepare
periodic performance reports and dashboards
covering spend, results, ROI, and key performance drivers.

Implement, manage, and troubleshoot tracking and measurement tools including
Pixels, GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Events
, ensuring data accuracy and proper attribution.

Stay up to date with the latest
digital marketing trends, tools, platform updates
, and best practices, recommending enhancements to improve performance.

Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives and brand strategy.

Perform additional tasks related to the role as assigned by marketing management or the direct manager to support operational continuity and business needs.

across all campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Marketing, Business, or a related field
.

Proven experience in
performance marketing or paid media management
.

Hands-on experience with major advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads).

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.

Experience with tracking and analytics tools such as
GA4, GTM, Pixels, and dashboards

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
