We arehiring a Marketing & Strategy Manager to lead the full marketing direction for Harlienz across retail, e-commerce, and events. I need someone who can manage strategy, brand positioning, and growth.
Experience: minumum 2 years in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies for retail, online, and seasonal campaigns.
- Lead brand positioning, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Oversee campaign development for launches, collaborations, and VIP events.
- Drive performance marketing KPIs (traffic, engagement, conversion, retention).
- Analyze data and provide actionable insights to improve results.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure ROI-driven planning.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with production, retail, PR, and creative teams.
- Supervise and support the content creator and graphic designer.
- Event Management: Lead the full planning and execution of all boutique events, exhibitions, and pop-ups.
- Manage event concepts, timelines, budgets, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee logistics, setup, merchandise display, client flow, and guest experience.
- Work with the pro for malls, venues, and partners on approvals, permits, and negotiations.
- Create event marketing plans, including pre-event hype, coverage, and post-event reporting.
- Handle VIP relations and ensure all brand moments are elevated and on-brand.
- Evaluate event performance and prepare post-event analysis reports.
