Performance Marketing Associate

Responsibilities


Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and other platforms .
  • Manage daily budgets, pacing, and KPIs across campaigns to deliver business targets.
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for scaling and improving efficiency.

Creative Strategy & Briefing

  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
  • Prepare creative briefs and manage timelines to ensure timely delivery.

ASO & SEO Coordination

  • Work with agency partners to execute SEO and content marketing projects.
  • Track keyword performance to support ASO efforts across all apps in our portfolio.
  • Monitor competitor benchmarks to identify opportunities for new initiatives.

Reporting & Insights

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance and business impact.
  • Use analytics tools like GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, and internal dashboards to track KPIs.
  • Identify growth opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations.


Requirements


  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads , and other paid media platforms
  • Familiarity with ASO, SEO, and analytics tools (GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust, Search Console)
  • Basic understanding of tracking, attribution, and campaign reporting


Good to Have

  • Basic SQL querying skills for data extraction and reporting
  • Prior experience in a fintech or multi-brand ecosystem
  • Exposure to creative testing frameworks and advanced attribution models
