About the Role

Curefit is looking for an energetic, data-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to join our growth team. In this role, you will support the execution and day-to-day management of digital advertising campaigns for Cult.fit .

As an Associate, you will focus on the execution of performance marketing campaigns—setting up ads, monitoring daily spends, and collaborating with creative teams to ensure our messaging resonates with our audience. This is a perfect role for someone with foundational digital marketing knowledge looking to scale their skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.



Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Execution: Assist in the end-to-end setup and launch of paid campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Youtube, and UAC).
  • Daily Monitoring: Track daily spends and performance metrics to ensure campaigns are running within budget and meeting efficiency targets.
  • Creative Coordination: Work closely with the design team to brief new ad creatives, track their performance, and suggest iterations based on data.
  • A/B Testing: Execute experiments on ad copy, landing pages, and audience segments to identify winning combinations.
  • Reporting: Maintain daily and weekly performance dashboards, providing visibility into key funnel metrics like CTR, CPC, Cost per Install (CPI), ROI etc.



Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing (Agency or Brand side)
  • Foundational Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
  • Tool Awareness: Basic understanding of tracking tools like Branch, Metabase, Google Analytics
  • Strong with number crunching and comfortable handling Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
