Job Description: Performance Marketing Associate (Meta & Google Ads)
The Performance Marketing Associate will support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns, primarily across Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) and Google Ads platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Monitor daily performance metrics including CPC, CPA, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
- Optimize campaigns through audience targeting, keyword research, bidding strategies, and A/B testing.
- Assist in setting up conversion tracking, pixels, and performance measurement tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and share insights for continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.
- Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices in performance marketing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
