Key Responsibilities (What You Are Doing)

  • Launch and manage paid social campaigns from end to end—including setup, copywriting, image selection, and performance monitoring.
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to share results, brainstorm strategies, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Communicate content performance insights to editorial teams to inform ongoing content strategy.
  • Stay up to date with social media advertising best practices and platform changes.
  • Work in a hybrid environment, reporting to the NYC office 3 times per week.

Qualifications (What We’re Looking For)

  • 1–3 years of relevant work experience in performance marketing, social media, or digital media.
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work comfortably with large data sets.
  • Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Experience in commerce, digital publishing, or social buying is a plus, but not required.
  • This position is hybrid, with an in-office presence required 3x/week in New York City.

The base salary for this role is $65,000 . The actual base pay offered is dependent upon many factors, such as: transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
