Job Description:
The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across digital channels. You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to deliver campaigns that maximize performance and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, reduce CPA, and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed analytics and reports.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to create engaging ad creatives.
- Manage budgets and allocate spend across channels to achieve business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing tools, and best practices.
- Identify new growth opportunities and strategies to increase traffic, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or paid media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive actionable insights.
- Proficient in marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
- Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on ROI and KPIs.
