About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer with an inclination towards Meta Ads who can take full ownership of paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and YouTube. You’ll strategise, execute, and optimise high-performing ad campaigns to drive measurable ROI and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and scale Meta Ads campaigns across multiple objectives — awareness, acquisition, lead generation and remarketing.
- Oversee & manage Google Search, Display & YouTube Ads — driving traffic, conversions, and brand visibility.
- Continuously optimise campaigns for performance metrics (CPC, CAC, ROAS, CTR, etc.) using data insights.
- Collaborate with design/content teams to develop creative, high-converting ad assets.
- Run A/B tests and performance experiments to refine audience targeting and messaging.
- Manage end-to-end performance tracking and reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Looker Studio.
Requirements
✅ Must-have:
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads at a mid-large scale budget (₹30L+/month).
- Solid understanding of Data tracking tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, CRM & Meta Ads Manager.
- Up to 1 year of experience with Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and data tracking through Google Ads.
- Proven track record of hitting ROAS/CAC targets through data-backed optimisation.
✅ Good-to-have:
- Experience with attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
- Experience in Ed-tech, E-learning or Coaching industry.
- Recognised certifications in Performance or Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or equivalent) that show your drive to keep learning.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
