Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversions, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies.
  • Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

E-commerce Management:

  • Optimize product pages for better visibility and conversions using SEO and content strategies.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, and content across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or company website).
  • Monitor inventory, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data to improve campaign effectiveness and sales performance.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc.) to monitor traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior.

Collaboration & Strategy:

  • Work closely with content, creative, and sales teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Assist in developing marketing plans and e-commerce strategies for new product launches.
  • Contribute ideas for growth hacking and customer acquisition campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing and e-commerce management.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO, and analytics tools.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, marketplaces, and online retail trends.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills.
  • Good communication, project management, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
