About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing ad budgets, driving qualified leads, and maximizing ROI through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage Google Search, Display, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for creatives and ad copies.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve CTR, CPC, and Conversion Rate.
- Set up conversion tracking using tools like Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
- Analyze campaign performance and generate weekly/monthly reports with insights and action plans.
- Coordinate with the design and content team for ad creatives and landing pages.
- Manage and monitor campaign budgets effectively to ensure high ROI.
- Execute remarketing and retargeting campaigns for warm leads.
- Stay updated with platform changes and new ad formats or targeting options.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven experience in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) & LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Excellent understanding of CPC, CPA, ROI, CTR, and CPL metrics.
- Ability to create performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.
- Creative mindset with attention to ad copywriting and visual details.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and landing page optimization is a plus.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Google Ads Certification / LinkedIn Marketing Certification preferred.
