Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead and optimize our digital advertising initiatives across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and scaling paid marketing campaigns to achieve measurable growth and ROI for our clients and in-house brands.
Key Responsibilities1. Paid Campaign Strategy & Execution
- Develop and manage performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
- Execute campaigns for lead generation, brand awareness, conversions, and retargeting.
- Plan budgets, forecast performance, and optimize spending to achieve maximum ROI.
2. Campaign Optimization
- Monitor daily campaign performance and implement real-time optimization.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, audiences, keywords, and landing pages.
- Reduce cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), and improve overall conversion rates.
3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and action plans.
- Analyze user behavior, funnel metrics, and attribution to guide strategic decisions.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with design, content, and sales teams to align campaign creatives and messaging.
- Coordinate with clients to understand goals, gather insights, and share campaign results.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure proper tracking pixels, UTM parameters, and event setups.
5. Market Research & Innovation
- Stay updated with industry trends, algorithm changes, and new ad formats.
- Research competitor strategies and benchmark performance.
- Identify new opportunities and channels for scalable growth.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of proven experience in performance marketing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics (GA4), and Tag Manager.
- Excellent understanding of performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, ROAS, and CAC.
- Ability to manage large budgets and deliver high ROI.
