Job Description: Meta & Taboola Specialist

Position: Meta & Taboola Campaign Specialist

Overview

We are looking for a results-driven Meta & Taboola Specialist to manage, optimize, andscale paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Taboolaplatforms. The role requires strong analytical skills, creativity in ad strategy, and hands-onexperience in performance marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Plan, create & manage campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Build and optimize ad sets using A/B testing, audience segmentation, and biddingstrategies.
  • Monitor daily performance, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and optimize accordingly.
  • Develop creatives briefing for designers and ensure compliance with platformpolicies. Manage full-funnel campaigns (Awareness, Consideration, Conversions).

Taboola Native Advertising

  • Plan and manage Taboola native ad campaigns for traffic, leads & conversions.
  • Optimize content titles, thumbnails, CPC bidding, and placement performance.
  • Analyze publisher-level data and adjust budgets for maximum ROI.
  • Improve content quality score and reduce CPA through continuous testing.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance through Meta Ads Manager, Taboola Dashboard &Google Analytics.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights, learnings, and improvement plans.
  • Implement pixel tracking, UTM parameters, and conversion goals.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, content, and product teams to align campaigns withbusiness objectives.
  • Provide input on landing page improvements to increase conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 Months to 2 years of hands-on experience running Meta and Taboola ad campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROI,ROAS). Experience with remarketing, custom audiences, and lookalike audiences.
  • Knowledge of content-based/native advertising best practices.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics, tracking tools & reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
  • Good communication and campaign planning skills.

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in managing ₹5L–₹30L monthly ad budgets.
  • Basic understanding of landing page CRO.
