Performance Marketing Executive

Job Description (JD)

  • Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels
  • Develop and manage lead generation campaigns for SaaS products and AI/ML-based software solutions
  • Create and implement data-driven marketing strategies to increase conversions, ROI, and customer acquisition
  • Manage campaigns on platforms like Clutch, LinkedIn, and other B2B directories to generate quality inbound leads
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and ad copies to improve campaign performance
  • Collaborate with design and content teams for ad creatives, landing pages, and marketing materials
  • Optimize customer acquisition funnels including awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, SaaS growth, and AI/ML industry marketing
  • Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with business goals

Job Requirements (JR)

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in a software house or SaaS environment
  • Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
  • Experience in B2B marketing platforms such as Clutch, LinkedIn Ads, or similar directories
  • Solid understanding of SaaS marketing funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
  • Familiarity with AI/ML product marketing is a strong plus
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
  • Experience with A/B testing, retargeting campaigns, and audience segmentation
  • Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with international clients or global campaigns
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.)
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles for landing page optimization
  • Familiarity with growth hacking techniques for SaaS products
