Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with marketing and business goals.
- Create, edit, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, infographics).
- Manage daily posting and maintain a content calendar across all platforms.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions.
- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools and prepare reports with insights and recommendations.
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates to increase reach and engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team, designers, and content creators to ensure brand consistency.
- Assist with paid social advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Support influencer collaborations and community outreach initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media tools and analytics (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Creative content creation and basic graphic/video editing skills.
- Ability to interpret data and optimize strategies for better performance.
- Good organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing principles.
- Experience with paid ad platforms (Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
