About Position:

SocialPie Technologies is looking for a visionary Performance Marketing Specialist to join our team. We need someone passionate about innovation and with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns for clients, acting as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients.
• Develop and implement comprehensive Performance marketing strategies aligned with client objectives and industry trends.
• Direct the execution of various digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of Performance marketing campaigns, providing regular updates and insights to clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and creative, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for network expansions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Performance marketing, with a focus on managing client projects and team leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proficiency and in depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and strategies, especially in Ad Tech and AI in platforms mainly in Google Ads, Social media ads (Facebook Ads, Instagram Advertising, Pinterest Ads, Twitter Ads) Google Analytics, and others.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
• Ability to create compelling content and campaigns, and to develop innovative strategies that drive results.
• Demonstrated ability to drive results, meet or exceed KPIs, and adapt to evolving market trends.

• Bachelor's (Required)
