Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience who is eager to grow in a fast-paced digital environment. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of paid marketing channels and a data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads and Google Ads
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs
• Conduct basic keyword research and audience targeting
• Prepare performance reports and insights
• Support A/B testing and campaign improvements
• Stay updated with digital marketing trends and best practices

Requirements

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in performance marketing
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Familiarity with campaign optimization and reporting
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and willingness to learn
