Performance Marketing Executive – Sales & Lead Generation

Job Description:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with proven expertise in Sales Ads and Lead Generation campaigns. The role involves planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads to drive qualified leads, conversions, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate must be data-driven and skilled at achieving ROI, ROAS, and CPL targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Run and optimize sales-driven ad campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
  • Plan and execute lead generation campaigns (CPL, CPA, ROI-focused).
  • Optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and funnels to maximize lead quality and conversions.
  • Conduct audience segmentation, keyword research, and A/B testing for better targeting.
  • Track and report key metrics: Leads, Conversions, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS.
  • Use Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Data Studio for campaign analysis.
  • Collaborate with sales and content teams to align campaigns with business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Lead Generation.
  • Strong knowledge of PPC, Sales Ads, SEM, Display Ads, Retargeting, CRO.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads.
  • Expertise in conversion tracking, lead funnels, and ROI optimization.
  • Google Ads/Meta Ads certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
