About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Expert with 4–5 years of hands-on experience in running, managing, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, analytical, creative with ad messaging, and confident in managing end-to-end performance funnels.

What will be your responsibilities?

Paid Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Yelp and other relevant platforms.
  • Perform A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, audience targeting, and landing pages.
  • Set up conversion tracking, events, and pixels.
  • Maintain monthly, weekly, and daily performance dashboards.
  • Scale campaigns profitably by monitoring ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion metrics.

Funnel Optimization & Strategy

  • Build full-funnel performance strategies (awareness → consideration → conversion → retention).
  • Optimize landing pages and ensure the campaign-to-landing-page experience is seamless.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify growth opportunities.
  • Suggest improvements to creatives, offers, and user journeys.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Looker Studio, Yelp Ad Manager and platform dashboards.
  • Generate insights from data to improve targeting, messaging, and budget allocation.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Creative Collaboration

  • Work with designers to create high-performing ad creatives.
  • Ensure all creatives follow platform best practices and guidelines.

Budget & Billing Management

  • Manage monthly budgets effectively with strategic bidding.
  • Forecast campaign spend and expected returns.
  • Conduct daily optimization to maintain efficiency.

What are we looking for, and what does it require to be the right fit for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of performance marketing experience.
  • Proven experience in managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, Yelp Ads and one additional platform (TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, or Programmatic).
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution models, and customer acquisition.
  • Ability to analyze data and convert insights into strategies.
  • Hands-on with tools: Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and tracking setups.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content marketing, and CRM funnels is a plus
