About Us

Apeato is a fast-growing FMCG brand under Bugyal Foods, offering healthy, millet-based snacks. We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing & E-commerce Ads Specialist to manage our paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

Plan, create, and optimize Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram) campaigns.

Manage Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho PPC campaigns – Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Display Ads.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing for campaign optimization.

Track ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and ACoS (Amazon Cost of Sale) to maximize profitability.

Collaborate with the creative team for ad creatives, product listings, and graphics.

Generate weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, ad policies, and new features.

Required Skills & Tools

Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.

Knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Merchant Center.

Experience in Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, and Meesho Ads.

Familiarity with Facebook Pixel & Conversion API for tracking website conversions.

Analytical skills for reporting using Excel/Google Sheets.

Keyword research and competitor analysis tools like Helium10, JungleScout, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Basic knowledge of creative tools like Canva or Photoshop is a plus.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing & E-commerce Ads.

Ability to manage multi-platform ad campaigns end-to-end.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Results-driven and goal-oriented mindset.
