Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute paid media strategies, scale e-commerce growth, and enhance brand visibility across regional markets. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of performance marketing for a fast-growing e-commerce brand with ambitious expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid channels.

· Manage and allocate large advertising budgets effectively, ensuring optimal CAC and ROAS.

· Drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven strategies.

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare detailed reports with actionable insights.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, content, product) to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

· Identify new opportunities, channels, and tools to enhance marketing efficiency and brand presence.

Qualifications & Experience:

· 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within the e-commerce sector.

· Proven expertise in managing and optimizing paid media campaigns with measurable results.

· Strong understanding of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio).

· Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.

· Experience in scaling brands across regional or international markets.

· Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
