Performance Marketing Manager

Job description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services, particularly in the USA and GCC markets. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of various digital channels and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and increase brand awareness.
• Plan and manage the execution all digital marketing campaigns; conversion ads campaign, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and KPIs.
• Collaborate with all marketing team to lead them to achieve KPIs and company goals.
• Monitor and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and other key metrics using tools like Google Analytics, clarity, hotjar or any other analytics platforms.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, traffic, and conversion rates.
• Work with the team to develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and followers on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Design and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated email sequences.
• Work closely with other departments, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or a similar related role.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as analytical tools, content tools, strategic tools.. etc
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience in the e-commerce industry.
• Familiarity with the USA and GCC markets.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and web analytics.
• Understanding of AI tools and their application in digital marketing.
• Proven experience in leading a team.
