Senior Performance Marketing Manager / Senior Paid Media Specialist

Location: Jangpura, South Delhi

About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of our paid advertising strategy across Google Ads and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and experienced in managing substantial ad budgets to drive measurable ROI. You’ll plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve growth and acquisition goals.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and other platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, X, and programmatic networks.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital advertising strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Manage large advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and reduce CPA.
  • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, ad copy testing, audience targeting, and bid management.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and deliver actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure ad content and landing pages are conversion-optimized.
  • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends, and emerging ad technologies.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members or external agencies, as applicable.
  • Requirements5–8+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and other paid media channels.
  • Proven track record of running high-budget campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills using data-driven insights.
  • Experience in A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Google Ads Certification or similar credentials preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B performance marketing.
  • Familiarity with automation tools, data visualization dashboards, or AI-driven ad optimization platforms.
  • Team leadership or agency management experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
