About the Role :-

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with expertise in digital advertising, AI-driven campaign management, and lead generation. The ideal candidate will develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive measurable business growth in the FMCG and Agriculture sectors. This role demands a data-driven mindset, strong analytical ability, and proficiency with AI tools to enhance marketing performance, customer targeting, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities :-

1. Digital Marketing & AI Strategy

  • Plan, develop, and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Integrate AI-powered tools (HubSpot AI, Jasper, ChatGPT, Midjourney) into campaign planning, automation, and optimization.
  • Leverage predictive analytics and audience segmentation for improved ad targeting and personalization.
  • Develop automation workflows to enhance marketing efficiency and reporting accuracy.

2. Lead Generation & Performance Optimization

  • Design and manage lead generation campaigns focused on quality acquisition and conversion optimization.
  • Continuously monitor and improve key metrics — CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, and LTV.
  • Use AI-driven insights to identify the best-performing keywords, audiences, and creatives.
  • Develop and execute retargeting and remarketing strategies to maximize conversions and brand recall.

3. Campaign Management & Execution

  • Manage end-to-end performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid media platforms.
  • Optimize ad budgets and allocate spends effectively to achieve business KPIs.
  • Create and A/B test campaign creatives, ad copies, and landing pages using AI design and content tools.
  • Coordinate with creative, product, and sales teams to align campaign messaging with brand positioning.

4. Brand Positioning & AI Integration

  • Build and strengthen brand presence across digital channels through AI-enhanced storytelling and creative automation.
  • Implement AI-based personalization for customer engagement and brand retention.
  • Ensure consistent and compelling brand messaging across campaigns and platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to position the brand effectively in the FMCG/Agriculture space.

5. Collaboration, Analytics & Reporting

  • Collaborate with sales and business teams to ensure alignment between marketing and revenue goals.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (with AI insights), Hootsuite AI, Adobe Sensei, or similar platforms.
  • Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and budget efficiency.
  • Present performance dashboards, ROI analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Candidate Requirements :-

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–10 years of proven experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign management.
  • Strong hands-on expertise with:
  • Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Campaigns
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc.)
  • CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce)
  • AI-driven marketing tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, HubSpot AI)
  • Familiarity with AI analytics and optimization tools (Google Analytics 4 with AI insights, Hootsuite AI, Adobe Sensei).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and platforms simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Prior experience in FMCG / Agriculture marketing is highly preferred.
