Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager About the Role: We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. Responsibilities: Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms Track and analyze campaign performance to ensure maximum ROI Manage budgets and ad spends efficiently Develop strategies to increase leads, sales, and brand awareness Collaborate with the content and design team for ad creatives Generate reports and insights to guide marketing decisions Requirements: Proven experience in performance marketing or digital marketing Strong analytical and reporting skills Good understanding of PPC, SEO, and conversion optimization Ability to work independently and meet targets Location: Dwarka New Delhi
