Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in managing large-scale digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate must be hands-on with Google Ads and Meta Ads, and must have successfully handled budgets of ₹1 Cr+ per month. This role requires strong analytical capability, strategic planning, and a proven track record of driving profitable growth in D2C brands.
Key Responsibilities
Paid Advertising Management
- Own and manage end-to-end campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
- Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns focusing on ROAS, CPA, CTR, and LTV targets.
Strategy & Optimization
- Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
- Perform continuous A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, landing pages, and audience groups.
- Scale campaigns efficiently while maintaining profitability and meeting growth targets.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor daily performance metrics and provide data-driven insights.
- Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable optimization recommendations.
Collaboration & Execution
- Work closely with creative, product, and content teams to build high-performing ad assets.
- Ensure ad messaging and creatives align with brand goals.
- Stay updated on latest trends, algorithm changes, and new advertising features across all platforms.
Must-Have Skills & Requirements
- 7+ years experience in performance marketing.
- Strong background in D2C brands (mandatory).
- Proven experience managing ad budgets of ₹1 Cr+ per month.
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads & Meta Ads (required).
- Strong analytical skills with understanding of performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CAC, LTV, CTR, CVR.
- Experience running ecommerce campaigns across categories such as Fashion, Beauty, Jewellery, Furniture, Consumer Goods.
- Ability to scale campaigns profitably and manage growth targets.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, Google Merchant Center, Tag Manager, etc.
