Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop, execute, and optimize ad campaigns for clients on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand client goals, target audiences, and performance KPIs.
  • Conduct A/B testing, audience targeting, and performance analysis to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Design custom ad strategies that align with each client’s unique objectives and growth plans.
  • Provide detailed performance reports to clients, offering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, ensuring high-quality delivery of client campaigns.
  • Guide team members in adopting best practices for campaign setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth within the team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for project managers, translating client requirements into actionable strategies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client strategies and propose new approaches for better performance.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.

Requirements:-

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing ecommerce or retail client campaigns on Meta and Google Ads platforms.
  • Strong track record of delivering ROI-positive campaigns for diverse clients across industries.
  • 1+ years of experience leading a team or managing marketing projects with direct client involvement
  • Expert-level knowledge of Meta Business Manager and Google Ads, including campaign creation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and reporting key metrics such as CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics and Tag Manager for tracking and optimization.
